Lufkin ISD selected the Dr. V Residency for their ACE campus — a behavior-focused high school program — through a competitive GEAR UP grant process. The district specifically requested a multi-day, consecutive-date format and chose the residency model over a standard keynote after seeing the depth of what the embedded approach delivers.
